Start with the Adults

Shifting culture begins with understanding the institution’s identity, which is often modeled by the adults in the community - faculty, staff, administration, family members, board members, and alumni. With facilitated conversations and learning sessions, adults can engage in professional development that centers improving their bias awareness and literacy.

“Grace Lee Boogs started asking us what our movements would look like if we focused on critical connections instead of critical mass. We need each other.” — adrienne maree brown

Reimagine the System

Our communities bring together various interconnected components - teaching, learning, socialization, etc. - to perform school. If our communities experience inequity, we have to reexamine the inputs that produce those outcomes. Together we will explore how changing policies and procedures can recalibrate our system towards our desired equitable community.

Move at the Speed of Trust

Our work together begins with our first conversation. We strive to cultivate an intimate, transparent relationship that impacts our consultation and facilitation.
